Set up as many appointments as you want in advance, and you will pick up a pet that is vaccinated, exercised, and well-groomed. Ask for an individual climate-controlled condo suite with resting benches, double bowl inserts to eliminate the chance of spilled water or feed, and cozy blankets for snuggling.

At the completion of your dog's stay, you will receive a vacation "report card" with feedback such as how well your dog ate, signs of illness, and any action taken, whether your dog played well or needed an occasional time-out, and other observations.
