Meet Lyndsey Hall, Assistant Manager
Lyndsey graduated from Indiana University in 2007 with a major in Telecommunications. After a stint as a radio DJ, she made a decision to look for a career that would be more personally fulfilling. As pets are her passion, she focused on attaining a position at Canine Companions, joining the front desk team in 2008 and advancing to customer service manager in 2010.

Lyndsey believes it is important to know each individual animal and to respond to their distinctive personalities. According to CEO John Senac, “Each animal is absolutely special to Lyndsey and she excels at customizing services to respond to the individual needs of every pet.”

In her tenure, Canine Companions expanded capabilities and raised the level of customer service. Lyndsey said, “Together with CEO John Senac and Manager Eugene Kim, we work to create a culture dedicated to achieving sustained quality and constant improvement.”
