Master Trainer Bryan Bailey founded Canine Companions with a commitment to take dog training and pet care services to a new level of professionalism for the Bloomington area. His vision was to build a pets-first, full-service facility offering an array of services that, when added together, provide pets with total wellness. Bailey made advances in climate-controlled boarding facilities; professional grooming; supervised, televised Doggy Daycare; and comprehensive training programs.
With the addition of an on-site veterinary hospital in 2002 and the availability of medicines and screenings, Bailey completed his vision of offering “everything under one roof”—making Canine Companions a convenient one-stop for your pet’s physical and emotional needs.
In 2011, John Senac moved into the position of CEO and head trainer after three years as general manager. His strong commitment to customer service has again made Canine Companions a standard bearer for pet care in Bloomington. John says, “We know pets are family members and we make it a point to get to know each animal. Then we strive for excellence in every aspect of the services we offer to meet their individual needs. We want to thrill customers and delight their pets.”
