1985, Bryan Bailey created Canine Companions. His personal vision
and commitment to excellence, professional service, and compassionate,
ethical care are evident in every aspect of the business today.
His extensive experience and in-depth knowledge drive Canine Companions'
dedication to excellence.
- Retired decorated U.S. Navy Search & Rescue Instructor, and member of the Navy’s elite Bomb Squad Team. For many years, Bryan Bailey supervised the daily care and training of sea lions and dolphins that were utilized by the U.S. Navy Marine Mammal Projects.
- Monroe County Sheriff Department K9 Officer from July 1995 to
July 1998
- Graduated from two-year course of instruction in dog training
at PRO-TRAIN Institute (California Department of Education Approved).
Training included instruction in Obedience, Personal Protection,
and Police Dog Training.
- Studied Canine Behavioral Diagnostics and Problem Solving at Cornell University
