No
matter how hard we try to make your pet comfortable, some pets will
be stressed during their stay because they are separated
from you. As with humans, stress can cause pets to develop symptoms
like diarrhea, vomiting and even appetite loss.
Our Medical Care Plan provides, for a nominal fee, coverage for
expenses related to treatment of your pet for illness or injury
during and immediately following your pet’s stay.
Should your pet exhibit any illness or injury while at our facility
or within 72 hours after leaving our care, we will arrange treatment
for your pet at the Canine Companions
Veterinary Hospital.
If we determine, at our sole discretion, that your pet cannot properly
be treated at our veterinary hospital, the Medical Care Plan
will pay for treatment of your pet at another facility approved
by us.
The Medical Care Plan will pay up to a combined maximum of $500
for covered veterinary, surgical or medical treatment of your pet.
Illness or injury first observed after your pet leaves our facility
must be reported to us within 72 hours of your pet leaving our care.
