Meet Dr. Joanna Jones
Dr. Jones is a graduate of Purdue University School of Veterinary Medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Indiana Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Animal Hospital Association. Her devotion to dogs led Canine Companions to become one of the few veterinary hospitals in the nation to provide B.A.E.R testing which screens puppies for congenital deafness.

An active member of the Australian Cattle Club of America, she is involved in showing her own dogs in competitive obedience, agility, and rally events. Dr. Jones’ dogs Terra and Tully are also both registered Delta Society Therapy Dogs and regularly visit libraries and other locations within Monroe County. Dr. Jones has also volunteered her time and resources to help dogs in need through Midwest Australian Cattle Dog Rescue in St. Joseph, Illinois.
